Refunds and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To request a refund, please complete the form below. To receive a refund, the product must be returned to Art by Elliot within 30 days of purchase.

Commission Return Policy
For all commissions, the first half of the quote is due at the commission agreement. The rest of the quote is due throughout payments that are agreed upon between client and Art by Elliot.

THE FIRST HALF OF PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
If commission is damaged upon arrival, is an incorrect representation of client's request, or does not meet client's satisfaction, the second half of the payment is available for a refund upon return of commission.
Art by Elliot will collaborate with the client before any decision is made, to make sure everyone is on the same page when it comes to the product, expectations, timeframe, and general consensus of what the commission will be.
