Oil paint is a great medium option for an art commission. To process this medium takes much longer than dry materials. Taking 2-6 months total to complete and fully dry & varnish, oil paint would be an excellent choice for a work of art there is no rush on.
ink
Working with ink is a great medium choice for a commission, especially when working with portraits. By compiling layers of cross hatching and water color techniques, Art by Elliot can make your incredibly special moments come to life. This medium choice is much faster to work with, allowing about a month (depending on size), and is a great option for a commission with a deadline.
Black and white drawings offer a timeless look, allowing for any subject matter whether that people people, pets, homes, landscapes, etc. Whether you prefer your work to be completed in ink, charcoal, or black&white pastels, Art by Elliot is trained in a variety of materials to accomplish your dream commission piece!
